basic stay with some issues
small roommissed bathmat
The room was quite small, i booked a double room, but it felt more like a single. housekeeping also missed replacing our bathmat one day. This meant sharing a towel after a morning shower, not ideal. the staff apologized, but it was still inconvenient. i expect better attention to detail for a hotel at this price point, though i appreciate it was busy.

The location is convenient. It is close to gran via. the room was clean each day and the staff provided good service. the breakfast staff were especially helpful and offered soya milk and black tea.
the room i booked was small. the window faced a wall, so there was not much natural light. the internet connection was unreliable in the evenings.

the location is central. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast had a decent choice and was fresh.
the room i booked was small. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from the hallway. the bed was quite hard too.
